Application for PK-8th grades

1) Fill out an application for each child who is applying.

2) Gather any paperwork you need:

• Every student will need a birth certificate and a baptism certificate.
• Children who are applying for 1st-8th grade will need report cards and standardized testing results.
• Children who are on a learning plan will need their ETR and IEP

3) The non-refundable application fee is $200 per family. Checks can be made out to "Saint Matthew." Checks or cash can be dropped off at the school office or mailed to the school at 795 Havens Corners Road, Gahanna, OH, 43230.

4) If you are applying for an opening in our kindergarten program we will contact you regarding a kindergarten screening time. 

All paperwork can be dropped off at the school office, scanned and emailed to Michelle Lantz at [email protected], or faxed to 614-471-1673.

Once your child has been offered enrollment at Saint Matthew you will need to fill out a Tuition Agreement, set up an account on FACTS Tuition, and make a tuition deposit of $200.  That depsit will be deducated from your tuition for the 2024-2025 school year.  There is a link to FACTS at the bottom of our homepage.
